Our Managing Director, Kelvin Foo, and Director Asia, You Jin, were honoured to attend the inaugural APAC Transport Leaders Forum on 5th November 2024. Hosted by PTV Group and Singapore’s LTA, this exclusive event gathered APAC’s top government and industry leaders, creating a valuable platform for networking and exchanging insights on transformative transport projects. An inspiring experience for us all!
Following the forum, along with fellow TTS Group delegates, Malcolm, Shu Hui, and Leonard, attended the Welcome Reception for The Singapore International Transport Congress & Exhibition (SITCE) 2024. Running until 8th November, this event brings together global transport leaders to discuss the future of sustainable urban mobility and innovations shaping the industry.
Leonard had the opportunity to attend a Technical Visit to the East Coast Integrated Depot (ECID), the world first 4-in-1 Integrated Depot. While enjoying an up-close view of the integrated multi-level train depot and a multi-level bus depot, he found it both insightful and inspiring how ECID exemplifies efficient transport operations.
Today marks the opening of SITCE 2024, a hub for exploring the future of urban mobility! We are kicking off with insights into the deployment of autonomous vehicles and innovative rail operations, highlighting the latest advancements in network resilience and AI-powered solutions for transport.
The afternoon promises a deep dive into the evolution of EV battery technology, alongside groundbreaking sessions on smart payment systems and creating sustainable cities. Looking forward to gaining valuable knowledge and connecting with industry leaders!
